Welcome!
My research interests span multiple aspects of ecology, all of which deal with species-environment interactions and biodiversity conservation. While most of my work focuses on amphibian populations and communities, I also dabble in the world of invertebrates. I graduated with my B.S. from Pacific Lutheran University in 2009 and earned my PhD in Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology from Miami University in 2015. I completed my post-doctoral research at the University of Minnesota in 2019 and currently work for John G. Shedd Aquarium's Daniel P. Hearther Center for Conservation Research. Peruse my Research Page for more information on current and past projects.
When not studying the mysteries of our natural world, I spend my time dabbling in photography, knitting, and baking.
